White spot

In my hospital tank i had my fish for last 40 days and added coppersafe. My hippo tank had valvet and ich and after couple days she was ok now i see one spot next to her eye. Copper is around 2. U think it could be ich? Other fish look healthy

Could be Lympho or a bacterial lesion. I’d give it a few days to see if it grows/spreads.
