White Spots All Over!

Hey everyone! So I recently had an outbreak of green hair algae. So, I have had my lights off for a few days. I just turned them back on, as I was preparing to clean the tank and noticed all these white dots/specs all over the glass and some on the rocks.

Any idea what this is and if I should be worried?
