Was gone for about a week for work and came home to this. Tank is about 3 weeks old but was seeded with live rock from my previous tank. Seems to just be on my old rock but in large amounts. It might be on my new rock but I can’t tell since the macro rock is still white. Tank has about 3 rainbow nems, 2 clowns, cleaner shrimp, and just a few frags.

Parameters:
Salinity 1.026
Ph 8.3
Temp 78.9
Alk 8.4
Ca 423
Mag 1340
PO4 0.03
No3 1.3

Any ideas?

The white spots are Spirorbid Worms, and the worm-looking things are likely (hard for me to tell for sure from the pic) feather duster worm tubes - both worm types are harmless filter feeders.

They come off the glass easy scraper I have used a old plastic card and that works well . A lot of new tanks get them

Thanks for the replies. Weird my first tank never got them. So basically just leave them and eventually with maturity they will slowly get outcompeted and slowly go away?
