My clownfish has had some sort of skin disease I think ever since I got her a couple years ago, but it never got bad or anything, usually just 1-3 white spots on her body
Today, some reason, it looks worse, with multiple spots and some rashy patches
I don't think it's ich or velvet, as it looks like more of white bubbles attached to her, looks to be bigger than ich as well
Anyone know what this is? Sorry the pic isnt very good, my camera isn't great and she moves around alot

Do the spots move around a bit?
Have you ever given the fish a freshwater dip to check for flukes?

I have seen them move
I can try a freshwater dip, although fishing her out might be kinda stressful for her

I would also suspect flukes if they move around. Does she shake her head or flash against any rocks/substrate?

Haven't seen her flash, may have seen her shake but I don't think recently

Another thing I should mention is the other fish don't show symptoms, or at least not bad
I have seen spots on my tailspot blenny, and he does flash on occasion, but haven't seen it bad on him, not at all on my gramma

There are 3 kinds of flukes: skin, gill and eye. Skin are easiest to treat. The FW dip will tell you if it's needed to treat or not.
Here's a link on how to do a FW dip. It looks worse than it is on most fish. But there's always a chance when treating a fish that things can go bad.
