White spots in biocube 32

Hi.. I see white dots on my bio cube 32 gallon tank.. Is that bad Tommy tank ? Please refer the attached pics

Do they move or are they stationary? Are they only on the glass?
My first guess is copepods which are good scavengers and fish food.

They are not moving.. they are not on glass, they are sticking on the black panel of BioCube tank..

Are they good ?

"Spirorbid Worms are harmless filter feeders. They make themselves a small spiral shell that the worm lives in and pops out to feed, much like a feather duster worm. They thrive off of powdered coral foods, phytoplankton & other small powder like substances, but they will also feed on uneaten fish foods, detritus & fish waste."

You can always remove them by scraping with a credit card or the like, but imo I think they are a good thing to have.

They are good filter feeders. However you will start to see a lot. Every time I clean my tank I always scrape them off my back glass

They are harmless and act as good filter feeders. Like anything, they will grow out of hand with high nutrient availability, and die back without it.

I would at least get them off the glass so they don’t scratch it when you clean
