White spots on Chromis fin?

My new Blue Chromis has these white spots on his fin. They are not raised, but they do concern me. Anyone know what this may be?

Might need better photos, I'm struggling to see the issue unless you mean the large blob on the tailfin
I’ll try to get a better photo, he is a really fast swimmer. The blob on the tail fin is similar to the dots I am concerned about. In the top and bottom photos, the white dots in the middle of his body are the ones on his fin I am referring to
 
Clearer pictures would help, but it does seem consistent with lymphocytosis. Lympho is not treatable, but generally isn’t harmful. It can serve as an indicator of other stressors.

I’m out now, but that is what I hope it is. I’ve only had him for 4 days now but he has been doing great and behaving normally and eating well
