I have my display taking cycling and just acquired 2 clown fish that I have placed in QT. Approximately 3 days after receiving the clowns one of them has developed multiple white fuzzy spots that are growing rapidly. They were purchased as a pair and the smaller one has no spots and is eating well and very active. The larger one with the spots ate initially but not much anymore and spends most of its time in a PVC pipe fitting. I did a freshwater dip when I first noticed the spots and did not see anything come off the fish or end up in the bottom of the container. I added copper to the tanks last night after doing the dip. Any suggestions or recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Am I seeing this correct? Do they look like almost like pimples?

If so I would use furan-2 and metroplex at the same time in a QT. Its a type of Bacterial Infection from my understanding.

yes you are correct they do almost look like pimples initially.

Thanks I will give that a try.
