White spots on clownfish

Hello everyone recently I've discovered my clownfish have white spots and bits of white everywhere, my royal just one spot. Ever since I used ab + reef energy my diatoms on the sand bed came back too. Could reef energy be the cause? Or could it be that I use different lfs for my water and could be them that caused it What's the best thing for m3 to do please? I couldn't get a clear picture so I did a video.
