White spots on clownfish

Hi everyone. Not an expert by far on fish diseases. I need some Help though. Take a look at these clowns and tell me what the heck this is. Just got them from a friend in Phoenix. It was a two hour drive. They were perfect but the stress of the move must have brought the ich out. It was a clean tank I thought. Tell me what I need to do. I’ve been usin something to get rid of parasites. Went away then came back.

I believe that this is one of two things or both. What have you been treating with?

Can you get some pictures that are a bit clearer?

It appears to be velvet and or brook.
