WHITE Spots ON KOLE TANG!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Just got home and noticed these spots on my Kole tang. Spots weren’t there last night. I do have a BTA In my tank if they could’ve done it. Does anyone know what happened?

Its possible it got stung but also seems bacterial. I was hoping to expand pic to get a closer look. I would not rule out BTA but also start with Water Quality. What is your parameter readings:
Ammonia
nitrate
ph
salinity
temperature
Type of diet
Type of water (ro or tap from the faucet)

Sorry I didn’t say anything faster but I woke up this morning and the spots were black. Then I just got back from work and all the spots were gone. This makes me think that it was probably just an anemone sting.
