White spots on kole tang

Hi all. My kole tang has two white spots near his right pectoral fin, one can't be seen in the photo. He is active and eating, acting normal, but I'm worried this might be the start of something bad. Anyone recognize this? Maybe flukes? Or are flukes completely invisible?

I personally think it’s a fungi infection. But suppose if it be flukes you could check by doing a freshwater dip for 5 mins.
Use a black bucket if possible since it be easier to see the flukes fall off.
