White spots on monti?

I’ve had the monti for 6 months. Started as a little bitty frag. Always been in the same spot with moderate flow and med-low light.

Obviously I have to test my parameters (will post tomorrow) but I wanted to check in for initial feedback of what this can be from?

It’s happens before but only a spot or two that it quickly recovered from.

Got that on my chili pepper too, happened after water changes, it seems that some undisolved salt crystals burned it. I mixed batches in a hurry and dumped the fresh mix directly...
It recovered and nevera happened again with pre mixed 24 hours batches

That’s actually a really good bet cause this is a day after a waterchange... hmm
