White spots on my yellow tailed damsels?

I recently noticed white spots on my yellow tailed damsels head. What could be the cause of this?
my water levels:
Ph:8.2
Nitrite:0
Nitrate:0
Ammonia:0
Salinity:1.025

It almost looks as though it may have run it ot something and damaged itself. Are the white spots raised or depressed?

The white spots are not raised.

Looks like either post injury or lymphocystis but im thinking post injury. Simply keep an eye on it. Should it develop into a bacterial issue, treatment would be either maracyn 2 or seachem neoplex in a separate quarantine setting

On your test results, I assume youre using API test kits ?

Welcome to R2R. Hope the damsel improved. I have one of those in my tank. It’s the only fish that attacks me when my hands are in tank . Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people here who will support and advise you when needed.

They are swimming normally I didn’t notice any changes.
