White spots on rocks.

Was wondering if anyone could ID these white spots on the rock. I kindve want to say they are eggs of some sort but not sure which critter left them. I have Astrea snails, nessarius snails, red and blue hermits, a fighting conch and some clowns. Second question - do i panic?
