White spots on Tail

Hi all,

my rabbit fish got these spots maybe 2 days ago and they look like this today. Clustered on the tail and thick looking. Acts normal eats as usual. Any help?

This could be a grain of sand which often happens. Its not Lympho and at this time, I dont suspect ich.
Keep an eye on it to assure its the same or gone throughout the day
