White spots on the glass

hey guys so I found white on the glass of my tank wanted to know what you think

Do they move? If so pods, if not likely Vermetid snails. I can't see from your pic

looks like pods...if it has some sort of calcification then its spirobid worms totally harmless. 100% not vermetid snail.
