white spots please help

Hi need help i got this fish a week ago he looked good was shipped in very cold water when i got him but i slow raised the temp and put him my tank , today i seen the 2 spots on his right side and his side fin is it ick ???

As small as flamebacks and fireballs are (for scaling purposes) I am thinking this is ich. I hope I’m wrong but if the spots vanish in 3-7 days and reappear elsewhere it’s defintely ich. If the spots stay for longer and grow larger it’s lymph.

Any scratching or flashing?

I had a dwarf angel coral beatuy who would come down with ich a couple of times. He would hide every time while having it. Dr. Gs anti parasitic caviar kept the ich at bay and has been ich free for months now. Dr gs. Also treat lympho if I’m not mistaken

Just keep an eye on him. If it gets worse quarantine him.
