White spots

What is these white spots

We have crushed coral, hoping it wasn't too abrasive and cutting him or sick

It will be fine.. anemones are known to be a very active creature.. it will be changing places and craw around you tank until it finds a nice place, just watch it, because sometimes it will get caught on your pumps, and it's a mess when it happens. I would decrease the flow a little (but just a little), let it find it's place and it will be fine (sometimes if you place it on a rock or something will help).
