The angel had velvet. Started the copper and 2 weeks in all looked good, no visible signs. Little over a week ago these showed up and have not disappeared. Has been in copper (cupramine) for 29 days at therapeutic levels. Has me a little worried as the treatment time is about up. Any suggestions as what to do or what it is?

That is lympho.

It's a virus. So just feed the fish high quality food soaked with vitamins like selcon and vitachem.

Agree with this diagnosis and “treatment”. Clean water will also aid the fish in recovery. This is pretty common in angels particularly after disease and copper. Nothing to be concerned about so long as it doesn’t cover the mouth or gills and seal them shut. Even then, it can be scraped off the mouth or gills with a razor blade.

30 days will be up tomorrow, I had dosed Prazi before the copper when the velvet showed up. Should i dose prazi once or twice after the copper treatment. Would Rally be better?

Consider using this to fortify the angel's diet. It contains lots of amino acids and sponge materials that the angels usually get when feeding in the wild.
