White spouts?

New to R2R. Hoping to get an answer on a new growth in my 90g tank. Lfs isn't the best when it comes to Q&A.

So I have noticed a handful of the white ( now green w/ algee) worm like spouts all of a sudden. Maybe 1st seen a month ago. I haven't added anything new for about a year, so I was surprised when the popped up. Not sure what they are, harmful to the fish or coral.

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
