Hey all,
I have noticed these white, worm looking things on my glass and they squirm around like they are worms. But here’s the weird part, this is in my quarantine tank that has no live rock. It has 20 lbs of live sand for biological filtration, because I keep all new fish in there for a month and I don’t want them swimming in ammonia, so I don’t know where these things came from. Also, if they were a worm, wouldn’t they have been killed by my prazipro by now? I have dosed this tank with prazi at least three times since I’ve seen them start to appear, and they only tend to get worse. At one point, they were on every square millimeter of the glass. I’ve been cleaning it, but they always come back. Any one have any idea what these are?
Today’s test:
pH: 8.0
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: about 10
SG: 1.022
Thanks in advance!
Dave
