looks like spaghetti worms to me, not entirely sure though.

Looks like a few spaghetti worms together .and main body got sand around them

Edit: just seen your other " what is this thread " and you have spaghetti worm on glass so this re- enforces spaghetti worms here.

Oh ok any advice on how to deal with them. Or cause of appearance? Nothing new in tank for almost a year

Spaghetti worms are considered beneficial for our tanks so if what you got I would do nothing
