White string slime during cycling

Good morning guys,

I’m in the process of cycling my new tank. 80 gallons with a sump. I used dry rock and sand with about 5 pounds of live rock from my established tank. It’s been cycling for about a week and today I noticed a lot of strings of slime in the sump. Is it part of the cycle or something I need to take care of?

Your fine, I'd just collect and get it outta there, before you get giant strings all over the place. It will go away by itself.
