This might help

White stringy poo like that is almost always indicative of an internal parasite. Fritz expel-p (levamisole hcl) is good for this. The cloudy colors may be related to stress.

I'm thinking of feeding them prazi soaked food. Is it safe to feed medicated food to all the fish in DT or do I need to take clowns out of DT?

Prazi does not treat the specific parasites that would cause these symptoms. It’s more for flukes and flatworms.
It’s usually safe to assume that all the fish have it if one has it, so I’d treat all the fish. Levamisole is reef safe, but can potentially kill any decorative worms in the tank.

BEFORE . . . assuming this is an internal parasite, are you by chance feeding this fish mysis shrimp, brine shrimp or both ?
If so, this will mimic internal issue as foods make poop appear white

I was feeding them (all fish in DT) raw shrimp mainly over the last 2 days or so. Could be because of that as well then. Will feed them pellets and see if poop are still white stringy.

what are those white hazy patches on her body tho?
