This is often associated with mucus in the stomach lining but one thing I look for is body mass and weight loss and fish do look a little thin. Yes continue general cure or switch to Ruby Rally pro for continued treatment. If you are feeding mysis shrimp or brine shrimp exclusively, may be a contributor but try foods such as LRS fish frenzy, plankton, TDO pellets and even flakes assuming they are eating yet

Do I follow the instructions dose 1 time and then wait 48 and dose another time also I have 1 red fire shrimp is it safe to add it with the fire shrimp in the tank I also order tdo pellets to, I also have Polly fill in the back of my filter should I remove it I don’t know if it will remove the medication?

Remove polyfill and shrimp but Best used in a separate quarantine/treatment tank

I don’t have a qt tank and no where to put the shrimp in i don’t know what to do
Ruby rally pro not the best choice but is safe for shrimp, coral, etc
