Over the last week this growth happened all of the tank - sand, rock, glass. Looks like CUC is not touching it. Looks almost like bacteria film or growth - any idea what it could be and what should I do?

Looks like the beginnings of hair algae. Guessing the tank is new.
Worst case, give that particular rock a quick peroxide bath.
Personally, I'd do a little manual removal and let things be. I'd also take a deep look into overall water chemistry. Thinks like Nitrate and Phosphate to see where you stack up.
Generally, nusance algae issues can almost always be attributed to a water quality issue.

Correct - 6 - month old - cycled dark for 3 month, before introducing fish and fired up lights, but just recently increased intensity of lights as I was starting to put some corals into the tank.

Phosphate were at 0 with nitrate at 0.5 last week- so increased feeding and tested water parameters today:

Phosphate at 0.04 and nitrate stable at 0.5

Not two big of a fan on to much blue but would decrease white content help reduce GHA growth if this is truly the beginning of GHA?

How long did this take for this to go away? I’ve been having this issue for quite sometime but now it is literally growing everywhere. Rocks, On return pump, wavemaker, on glass.
