Can anyone help ID what this white stuff is behind my mushroom coral? Thanks!

That's a sponge - as long as it isn't smothering corals and your corals around it look healthy, it's a harmless/beneficial filter feeder.

Tunicate sponge and will get larger and cause issues. I recommend removal, at least relocation.

I have similar sponge and they have never overgrown my coral and they are beneficial to your system.
