White stuff coming from mushroom

Hello everybody, I was wondering if anyone has seen something like this come out of their mushroom before? Been in the tank over a week and was doing amazing, came out this morning and saw this coming out of him. Any idea?

It looks like something touched it on the edge and causing it to melt rather than the slime coming from the mouth.

Any other corals with sweepers nearby?

The only other corals are really far away from him, a flower nem that has a hole in the rock. But nothing close enough to touch, I have some inverts in there (nassarius snails, blue leg hermits, and an anemone crab that didn’t play nice with my nems)
