White stuff in my water

Hi Guys !
Recently I’ve notice some white stuff like powder in the water, I saw it from the freshwater I got from my LFS and saw it then in my ATO reservoir.

After cleaning my glass and changing water, it’s everywhere floating around, do you know what it could be ?

My tank is most likely new, about 6 weeks

Could be precipitate....but you mentioned this is your freshwater...
looks more like pickling lime.
Does the LFS use kalkwasser or something in their RODI you got?

Are you using water from yout LFS for top off and to mix saltwater?

I would mix a new batch of tank water with a local glacier machine and top off with that until you figure it out.

LFS water varies a ton. You don’t know the quality.
I just make my own, very cheap, very easy.
Then I control the quality.

Yes freshwater that I put in the ATO reservoir,

not too sure for my LFS I will have to ask them, should I empty the whole water from my tank and refill it ?
