Anyone What this is? Im totally new to this reef keeping, so i have not seen anything like it before

I am not an expert. Just pointing out that if you scroll down this guide talks about Brooklynella which apparently is a clownfish disease.

IF that is what you have you will have to make a med tank and treat the fish (maybe both?).

Doesn’t appear to be brook but rather lymphocystis which is viral and often associated with poor water quality, poor diet or both
Assure ammonia and nitrate are not elevated, and what foods are you feeding?
Is breathing normal or labored?
I assume fish is eating?

My clownfish had lymphocystis not too long ago. I soaked his food in some vitamins to expedite the healing process. He had a white blotch around his gills and his lower jaw looked like cauliflower and stuck out. Luckily he could still eat.

I have read here that lymphocystis can be lethal in older fishes but younger fishes can usually recover...

But again don't listen to me listen to the fish experts.

Thank you for your reply. Yes both my clowns are eating, although they got added 1 week ago, it took some time for the small one to get used to eating (3 days - +).
The food they are eating temporarily is Aqua Forest marine mix Small and Medium

I just tested my water again, using a bluemarine refractometer (which states that it test for salinity and not only the level of sodium chloride). it said 1.024

Ph salifert tested 8.3 PH

1160 ppm magnesium rs

Red Sea Alkalinity DKH 7

It does look like Lymphocystis to me as well. If it is, it may spread, but then will go away on its own in 6 to 10 weeks.
