White stuff on my sandbed 3 month old tank

Found some white stuff on my sandbed should I be worried?
Or is this just a normal part of the tank becoming more Mature?

I’d be surprised if it has measurable ammonia in the water after 3 months.

It doesn't, no Nitrite either. but isn't it still cycling because you go through these "faces" of different kinds of algae growing in the tank?

could be nerite snail eggs
silicates
crushed shell in the sand
spirobid worms


Dont believe at this time a cause for concern unless theyre moving

Is this crushed coral or aquarium Gravel ?
As long as you have some diatoms in the bedding, siphon it and see if those white specs come out or remain

It's ATI innovative premium marine substrate Fiji White sand I don't know if that is gravel or crushed coral doesn't say anything on the bag.
I'll try to siphon it tomorrow and see what happens.

Ya better pic... I'm still wondering if pineapple sponge, it has somewhat that type shape to my eyes, and at 3 month mark would make sense.
I'd be curious to see it once siphoned out under more magnification.

Yes, "cycling" implies your tank is still going through its initially setup. Fish would mean the tank is finished cycling. What is it? Uneaten frozen food? Detritus? It's probably not harmful, no. But what's the flow like in your tank, what are your recent water test results and what do you have for cleanup crew in the tank?

Your still going through ugly phase at a guess, your once white rock sand and everything else will change colours dramatically, pics look like the start of bubble algae which I think is relatively loose and can be blown of with a turkey baster, all part of cycling

For now I feed them Aquatic Nature Marine Fish Food Excel pellets.
I'm currently at the end of my Diatom outbreak, thanks to my two cleanup crew members 2 hermit crabs.
I have currently one return pump that makes flow and a Tunze nanostream 6015 but, I have ordered a Aqua medic smartdrift 3.1 which arrives tomorrow which means I'm gonna have a lot more flow.
My test results from today are 0 ammonia, 5-7 Nitrate. 8 PH, 0,05 Phosphat, 0 Nitrit and 8 Alkalinity.
