White stuff on young clown (pictures)

Hello. My clown is having some white stuff on his mouth. It appears to have gotten worse but i am not 100% sure. The corals appear to be doing fine.

90 gallon tank

0.05 ammonia
Nitrate was 10 but randomly went to 0

Ph 8.3-8.5
Only feeling pellets

Looks like an injury that has developed a fungal condition
Treatment in quarantine would be: seachem neoplex or ruby rally pro
I assume fish is eating?

Yes it is eating. I have not seen Any injury? I got it 3 weeks ago

My 2 clowns had something very similar I guess, survived less than 10 days. Apparently was bacterial infection. Act quickly otherwise they won't survive, I wasted precious time because I could not get antibiotics quickly (in EU you need vet prescription)

Can be as simple as bumping into object, fighting with another clown or a small nick that got infected
