white stuff

New to this all just noticed this white fluffy stuff growing on the side of the rock and corals.
Anyone know what it is? And if it’s bad how do I get rid of it.

Sponge should be safe but the red circle is aiptasia. Going to want to research those and figure out which way you want to remove it/them.
