White swirly dots on rocks and snail?

could anyone just let me know what these are and if good or bad?

tank has been running great but just curious what this is.

Could be some kind of egg maybe a picture with white light instead of blue would help make it a little easier to tell

They kind of look like what I get inside of my reactor which I just chalked up thinking it was some kind of calcification like I said a picture and white light would help though
