White tail kole with skin lesions

Hey y’all, white tail kole tang in QT with copper right now. He has dark skin lesions but is acting normally (no scratching) and eating fine. Any ideas?

Theyre a little dark from blue lighting. Preliminarily may be bacterial but need to see clearer to confirm
