White Tail Tang Shipping Stress

just received a white tail tang from an online retailer. After transferring it to a 29 gallon QT tank I am not seeing good signs. On its side against the sponge filter mouth open etc. I'm trying to keep my hands out of the tank and treating with general cure. What else should I do? I have on hand copper power and prazi pro. Dont see signs of external parasites but will be treating for them later on if the tang recovers.

Do you have a powerhead in the tank aimed up at the surface where it is actively rippling the water's surface to increase O2 to compensate for the GC?

I have the sponge filter agitating surface and now I do have a weak power head pointed at the surface, that is an excellent suggestion. I've found the light flow has also helped keep the fish buoyant

The tang is off of its side but still favoring the sponge filter. I'd be more concerned if it was getting sucked towards the powerhead.
Do you think I should have Nori availble at all times?

The fish may have some ammonia burn from the trip in the bag.
Consider treating the fish with methylene blue. It can help a fish to transpire O2.

I'd give it some time before feeding. Low stress environment. No noise, lights off.
