White tentacles from rock

You said it retracts? It could be a spaghetti or medusa worm.

Yes, anytime I get near it, it sucks basically completely back into some tiny crevice or hole. The tentacles I think look like they have tiny spikes coming off them.

Does it move around the tank or stay in that crevice? Any way you could pull this rock out/move it for better pics?

Stays in same place. Possible to move the rock above but I'll have to wait for it to come back out. I'd say the tentacles are like 6in long or more, just depends on what it's reaching out too.

I'm going to guess spaghetti worm then. They form tubes and thus won't move around like medusa worms that I also mentioned. They are harmless filter feeders, so enjoy your little freak!

Yeah, Spaghetti Worm (Terebellid) would be my first thought for this too.
