White thing growing in sump

Unsure if this is a sponge or something else.. it doesnt move or wriggle, have several sitting and growing in the sump from 5mm to 10mm big. To keep or to clean them up? Sorry for the crappy photo

Definitely seems spongelike and it is what you would expect to be growing there. How about you remove one and get a better pic?

at first look i was like nudis but your saying they dont move so probably just some type of filter feeder like a sponge.

They just wipe off not a solid thing so guess its good then
