White thing growing on coral

Can some tell me what this is and should I be worried I see it mainly on this one coral, but I think it might be spreading to others .

They are sponges. If it’s irritating the coral I would brush them off

Ok thanks. I was worried. The only change I have done to the tank is start dosing with Reef Energy Plus

I always remove anything growing on my corals or around that is spreading. They will compete for space. And in a lot of cases, the coral loses as it cannot sting the invader and get smothered.
 
That's a type of sponge, yes. You'll want to remove it from around any corals it gets that close to, as it can annoy them by touching them.
