White thing on Bumble Bee Snail

Hi. I’ve tried to figure out what this is on my own. Now time to crowd source it. I just purchased it and didn’t see it before. It looks to have deformed the shell at some point. Should I be concerned?

It’s not real clear for me to see details in your picture but my best guess would be it’s a barnacle and nothing to be concerned with. We’ll see what others think.

Sorry the picture quality. It’s about as good as I can do right now. I would think barnacle also but there is no open on the top of it.
