White things on live rock?

Hi I’ve noticed these fat white worm like things on my live rock are they safe? What are they? (Circled in red on picture)

It looks like sponges to me, and they are safe!
 
That sponges and they are very good, it shows your tank is maturing and they also filter feed the water
