White things on plug and hammer corals

Anyone know what these are my hammers Haven’t been fully extending I found these after closer inspection

Looks like pineapple sponges to me. Should come off relatively easily.

Another vote for sponges here, as long as they don’t move. The coral looks to be going through tissue recession. Could be your water parameters, too much flow or light.
