my white tip aneome is having issues the rest of the aneomes and well everything else looks amazing water chemistry is spot on looking for any kind of insight to give this guy the look I saw when he was ordered

So if you have any ideas the tank has a pair of 4k gyres by icecap running at 40% so not sure if the current is a factor

bought it online it came with a snow clown who is always rubbing on it but doesn't look like it was almost 3 times the size not sure if it was photoshopped but the rest of my tank looks awesome unless there stats sucked I am at 8.24 for ph 35.1 salinty temp is 78.5degrees orp is 327 alk 9 nitrat .3ppm calcium 375 ppm magnesium 1300ppm

How did you acclimate it and for how long?
You say water spot on. What test kits are you using and what is :
Ammonia
nitrate
ph
salinity
temperature

over 6 months old
acclimated it for almost 2 hours after I opened box
