White tube sticking out

So I found this guy today. About the thickness of a pin. Appears hallow. When pushed w a spoon, it moves as a solid tube but pivots where it's attached. Doesn't react. Never seen anything like this before

To u said its hard, correct? I would say vermited, but it seems really long and narrow. Also seems to lack the common purple-brown color of vermited.

Next guess would be some sort of hydroid, but I am not sure they would feel hard and rigid.

Anyone with more experience on #reefsquad have an idea?
 
Looks like spinoid worm feeding tube
 
If its rigid, it may be a sea pen
 
Could be a macro algae as well. Let it grow and we will see.
