I set up my 210 in February, I used all my rock from my 150 and added a bit more dry rock. In April I had to go fallow due to a velvet outbreak.
I did try to treat the DT with Chloroquine Phosphate before I pulled the plug 4-5 days in. I did have a minor aiptasia problem before but the CP killed all of those, that was the only good thing that happened.
Anyway, I started adding fish back in on July 4th. I've been waiting for stuff to start growing on the back glass, because I like it that way.
So now I a forest of these little white tubes on the back glass. There is nothing on the other 3 sides, but I clean those once a week at least.
I do have copepods on the front glass but they are much smaller and look like bugs.
These are tubes. Any idea what they are? I have a foxface and bristle tooth tang in QT until next week. Will they eat them? Right now all that is in there is my porcupine fish, lion, and eel so strict carnivores there.
If they are nothing, I'll just leave them. The more life the better. Everything has a function.
