Any diagnosis suggestions ? Fish still doing well for weeks .

Can we have some background on this fish? How long have you had it, tankmates, water quality parameters, anything else? Also, the photo isn't really clear enough for a positive diagnosis.

At this point, it appears to be a stripped dorsal spine, from some injury, but I can't tell if you mean that, or the big white spot at the upper right, or the yellow thing in the center lower....

Thx - after closer look , it’s definitely just a stripped dorsal spine . No tuft just one bare spine.

If it hasn’t gotten any worse, I would say no treatment is needed.
