White unidentified sponge (?) Wierd stuff

Started to grow in the back of a frag rack.

It's very soft, has a lot of copepods, amphipods and even some worms living in it.

Not sure if is a friend or a foe.

It's a sponge all right! I'd keep it, unless you need to use the frag rack. Do you have a sump you can put it in?

Looks like a sponge to me. I dont know much about friend or foe though. I just know keep it away from corals as it will over grow them

I can still use the frag anyway. It grows in the back, in the other side I can still keep frags there.

So let's keep it!
