Hi Mr. Randy my nitrates went up and i'm going to use vinegar as a carbon. In Malta where i live i didn't find distilled white vinegar but i find this : Ingredients , water, acetic acid 5%, preservative sodium benzoate. Is this good for carbon dosing ?

I'm surprised they'd put benzoate in 5% acetic acid since the acid preserves it. It is still almost certainly OK, since it will be incredibly diluted in the tank, but if you can find 5% acetic acid without it, that might be better. :)

Thank you Mr Randy for your informative information i really appreciate. Happy Greetings
