White Web on Rock and Coral

I searched the forums but couldn't find a definitive answer. This white web like substance has popped up out of nowhere. Tank is stable and been going for about a year. All of my other corals are open and happy, however this group of star polyps has completely closed up.

Putting two and two together makes me think it's whatever this white stuff is. Any ideas?

I’ve only seen them mess with gsp like in your picture

There harmless, but you can remove it if you think its ugly.
