White wierd stuff growing in my aquarium

Hi guys i have a Reef aquaruiom and wierd stuff started growing

anyone got an idea of what it is and ind the background theres a green coral is it "Manjano Anemone"?
and how bad is it because i see alot of people writing about getting rid of them as soon as possibole beacuse it so hard to get rid of but the problem its already spread all over my aquaruim..
